Prohibited Activities
You may not:

- Use the platform for commercial purposes beyond your individual subscription.
- Attempt to bypass access controls or entitlements.
Prohibition on Redistribution
Users are strictly prohibited from redistributing, retransmitting, reproducing, republishing, scraping, or otherwise disseminating any market data (in whole or in part) obtained from this platform to any third party, including via APIs, embeds (beyond approved widgets), screenshots, exports, or any other means. This includes raw data, derived indicators, or any information based on dark pool prints.
Violation of this prohibition may result in immediate termination of access, legal action, and liability for damages, as such actions may violate applicable laws and regulations governing market data distribution.
However, the DarkSqueeze Radar embed widget is expressly licensed for redistribution. This widget displays only a stock ticker and our proprietary Squeeze score and does not include or display any dark pool data or other UTP market data.
Authorized Use
Authorized use is limited to personal, non-commercial viewing by registered subscribers on DarkSqueeze.io only.
Platform Modifications
BlockStoxx LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate access at any time.
